  1. Scan the QR Code, enter correct Voucher ID and your complete details to qualify
  2. Enter UPI ID very carefully, incorrect entries will not be processed.
  3. ₹50 cashback will be credited instantly to your UPI wallet.
  4. Valid only for registered vouchers; strictly for one-time use per code.
  5. By participating in this program, you agree to share your details and be contacted by Alivira Animal Health Ltd. for product promotion.
  6. Alivira Animal Health’s decision regarding the Promotional Offer will be final and binding.

  8. Eligibility:
    • This promotion is valid for retailers and chemists who purchase Alivira products featuring the promotional QR code or scratch coupon.
    • The promotion is open only to residents of India who are over the age of 18.
  9. Voucher Code:
    • The unique voucher code provided on the scratch coupon is non-transferable and valid only for one redemption per customer.
    • Voucher codes are valid only during the campaign period, and any codes used after the expiration date will be invalid.
  10. Redemption Process:
    • To redeem the cashback, the participant must enter all the required details, including the Voucher Code, Phone Number, UPI ID, Chemist Name, Location, Pincode, Wholesaler Name, and Headquarter.
    • Missing or incorrect information may result in the cancellation of the redemption.
  11. OTP Verification:
    • Participants must successfully verify their mobile number via OTP to complete the redemption.
    • If the OTP is not received or entered incorrectly, the redemption will be void.
  12. UPI Transfer:
    • The cashback will be transferred instantly to the UPI ID provided by the customer, following the successful OTP verification.
    • The cashback transfer will be processed only for valid UPI IDs.
    • The cashback amount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other rewards.
  13. Campaign Duration:
    • The promotion is valid from [11 September 2025] to [31 December 2025].
    • Redemption requests made after the end date will be invalid.
  14. Program Changes and Cancellations:
    • Alivira reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
    • RewardPort is not responsible for any delays or errors in the transfer of cashback due to technical issues, incorrect information provided by the participant, or network issues.
  15. Abuse and Fraud:
    • Any attempt to manipulate the redemption process, misuse voucher codes, or falsify information will result in disqualification from the promotion, and the cashback will be revoked.
    • Alivira and RewardPort have the right to take legal action in case of any fraudulent activity.
  16. No Liability:
    • Alivira, RewardPort, or any affiliated party shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising out of the participation in this promotion or the redemption process.
  17. Privacy and Data Security:
    • All personal data provided by participants during the redemption process will be securely handled and used solely for the purpose of the promotion. By participating, customers consent to the collection and processing of their data for this purpose.
  18. Governing Law:
    • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising under or in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Mumbai, India].
